What our Secondary/Granny homes would suit for?
Turnkey Solutions:
Prices can be advised depending on the site layout and access. Such prices include Design, Transport, Installation, and post installation support. This includes approval, bathroom, and kitchen costs

80mm thick panels made with Aluminium alloy profile frame cross braced individually for stability and strength, insulated with XPS (PIR as upgrade) and integrated moulded external Aluminium shell .
Luxury internal wooden grains or off-white finish
External walls finished with Fluorocarbon baked on paint (PVDF coating) for durability and UV resistance in off-white / Brown colour.
Glass Walls + Windows:
Glass wall frames are thermally broken 80mm Aluminium alloy profile frame with double layered glass (5 + 9 A + 5 Glass) for enhanced thermal efficiency and comfort. Silver Low-E coated outer glass wall to enhance thermal efficiency
Awning or Hinged Door windows with lock and fly screens
Upgrade – Double Glazed glass fille with Argon gas to further enhance thermal comfort
